Antonio Merloni of the Antonio Merloni Group has transferred his capital stock to his daughter, Giovanna Merloni. As the new president, Giovanna Merloni will also serve with Flavio Pizzini and Luigi Viventi on an executive committee that will replace the position of the CEO.
