The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers promoted Jill Notini from Director to Vice President, Communications and Marketing. Jill has been with AHAM for nine years. She is responsible for AHAM media relations, development and execution of various AHAM promotion programs and AHAM public safety campaigns. Jill also oversees AHAM’s business data programs and all AHAM sponsored consumer research.
In addition, AHAM has hired two new staff to fill key positions. Peter G. Frank has joined AHAM as director, Finance, filling a role held by Rita K. McClelland, who recently retired. Caroline Taylor was recently named manager, Government Relations following a brief vacancy in that position.
Peter Frank will manage day to day financial operations and human resource function for AHAM and serve as a primary contact for members to discuss membership dues. Prior to joining AHAM, he served as the director of Finance for the National Restaurant Association. He has also worked for the Internal Revenue Service and the Virginia Department of Taxation.
Caroline Taylor has responsibility for AHAM’s state government affairs and some federal legislative and regulatory issues. Her background includes experience at the state legislative level and most recently, serving as Regulatory Counsel at Stateside Associates.
