Rheem-Ruud has introduced a new line of indirect water heaters for customers who use hydronic heating. Hot water from a boiler is circulated through a coil inside the indirect water heater, transferring heat to water stored in its tank to meet domestic hot water needs. Constructed of heavy-gauge steel and lined with two inches of non-CFC foam insulation, the indirect water heater reduces standby heat loss and maximizes energy efficiency. Five sizes are available: 30, 38, 45, 75 and 110 gallons, to meet both residential and commercial needs. Back
