Northland-Marvel said it will build a facility in Greenville, MI, U.S., bringing together two existing U.S. manufacturing plants, along with the establishment of an innovation center for production, design, research and development, and customer service.
The move to a new site in Michigan will transform the company’s manufacturing capabilities, increase operational efficiencies, accelerate product innovation, enhance customer service, and further improve the Northland-Marvel product lines.
The proposed innovation center will become the resource center for all product lines, with design capabilities, engineering and research, and an in-house customer service center.
Brad Stauffer, Senior Vice-President of Operations at Northland-Marvel, said, “While other companies are electing to move manufacturing overseas, our commitment to the U.S. is stronger than ever.”
