Marvel Industries announces two new undercounter refrigerators with MicroSentry, a new temperature monitoring system with digital touchpad control and LED readout. While most refrigeration displays show only the user’s dialed-in temperature, the new MicroSentry-enabled refrigerators display the actual real-time temperature of the refrigerator contents. Utilizing digital control technology, the new refrigerators adjust to meet the user setting, calculate the difference between the setting and actual temperature, and adjust cooling accordingly. This new level of digital control is integral to ensuring quality food storage and flavor in kitchens where units are in continual use and opened frequently.
 

The 15-inch model features three fully adjustable interior shelves; the 24-inch model offers an open design with two tempered glass shelves, allowing for the storage of large items, including 18-inch deli trays and party platters.

Both undercounter refrigerators with MicroSentry are available with three door shelves that neatly hold smaller items, plus a full-wrap door with a recessed gasket. Both models can be ordered with a full overlay, white, black or stainless steel door.
