Briggs & Stratton announced third quarter fiscal 2008 consolidated net sales of $724.8 million and consolidated net income of $37.1 million or $.75 per diluted share. For engines, sales were $546.4 million versus $516.1 million for the same period a year ago, an increase of $30.3 million or 6%. For outdoor power products, sales were $240.8 million versus $248.7 million for the same period a year ago, a decrease of $7.9 million. Back
