Bosch to Debut Single-Serve Tassimo at Housewares Show Mar 14, 2008

Bosch Home Appliances will debut the new single-serve Tassimo hot beverage system at the 2008 Housewares Show next weekend. Tassimo has 40 hot beverage varieties and brews premium coffeehouse quality beverages, including four distinct coffee blends from Starbucks. Hot beverage choices include coffee, real milk cappuccino and latte, espresso, crema, tea and hot chocolate. Tassimo utilizes T DISCs, which guarantee first-cup freshness every time and enables the machine to read the barcode on each T DISC, ensuring that the brew temperature and amount of water are automatically adjusted for the perfect cup.

Two models of the Tassimo hot beverage system by Bosch will be available in the U.S. in September 2008 with a MSRP of US$139.99 in select specialty and department stores, and $99.99 in select grocery and mass merchandise stores.
