Sony introduced its new 13-megapixel digital camera housed in Titanium. The new DSC W300 ships in May for $350.
According to Sony, a Titanium body is more durable than the aluminum housing found on most digital cameras. The W300 incorporates a new burst mode capable of recording 3-megapixel images at 5fps. A new high sensitivity mode boosts the camera’s ISO to 6,400 when recording 3-megapixel stills. Additional features include a 3x optical zoom lens with optical image stabilization, a 2.7- inch LCD screen and 15MB of internal memory.
