iRobot Reports Record 4Q and Full-Year 2007 Results Feb 26, 2008

iRobot Corp. announced that revenues for the fourth quarter of 2007 grew to US$98.7 million, compared with $61.1 million for the same quarter one year ago. Revenues for the fiscal year ended Dec. 29, 2007, increased to $249.1 million, compared with $189.0 million for fiscal 2006. Gross profit for the fourth quarter was $36.1 million (36.6% of sales), compared with $22.8 million (37.3% of sales) in the fourth quarter of 2006. Gross profit for the fiscal year ended Dec. 29, 2007, was $82.6 million (33.2% of sales), compared with $69.7 million (36.9% of sales) for the same period a year ago.

Net profit in the fourth quarter of 2007 was $20.7 million compared with net loss in the fourth quarter of 2006 of $1.8 million. Net income for the fiscal year ended Dec. 29, 2007, increased to $9.1 million, compared with $3.6 million for fiscal 2006.
