OfficeMax Announces Resignation of Brian Cornell from Board of Directors Jan 24, 2008

OfficeMax announced that Brian Cornell, a board member since 2004, will resign from the company's board of directors effective Feb. 14, 2008.

Cornell joined the OfficeMax board of directors in 2004 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Governance and Nominating Committee. Cornell is currently the CEO of Michaels Stores, Inc.
