Ricoh Americas Corp. Announces Organizational Changes

Ricoh Americas Corp. announced that Norihisa "Nori" Goto, current vice chairman of the company and president and CEO of Ricoh U.S., will become chairman and CEO of Ricoh Americas Corp. Goto will also continue his responsibilities as president and CEO of Ricoh U.S. Susumu "Sam" Ichioka, the current chairman and CEO of Ricoh Americas Corp., will assume a new position at the parent company Ricoh Company, Ltd., in Tokyo.

Additionally, Martin Brodigan, former president of Ricoh Canada, Inc., was named chief financial officer (CFO) of Ricoh Americas Corp. Glenn Laverty, executive vice president of direct operations at Ricoh Canada, is being promoted to president of Ricoh Canada.

Kyoji "Ken" Tokuhiro, currently general manager, Business Strategy and Planning Center at Ricoh Company, Ltd., will lead the Strategy and Planning Office for Ricoh Americas Corp. Kuni Minakawa, CFO of Ricoh Americas Corp. and Sam Hosoe, senior vice president of the Strategy and Planning Office, will also assume new roles at the parent company in Japan.

Hideaki "Hugh" Urabe, the current senior vice president of corporate marketing for Ricoh Americas Corp., will become the president of Ricoh Latin America. At the same time, Kiyohshi "Kiyo" Shimizu, president of Ricoh Latin America, was appointed senior vice president of channel development strategy, in the Strategy and Planning Office.

Yoshimi Kobayashi, who is currently general manager of the International Marketing Department, Multifunction Product Business Group, at Ricoh Company, Ltd., will become senior vice president of corporate marketing.
