Oral-B launched a "smarter" version of the Oral-B Triumph, which features a wireless display. Triumph with SmartGuide, which Oral-B calls its smartest toothbrush, utilizes the display to visually help consumers improve brushing habits.
The brush handle communicates via the wireless display, called the SmartGuide, to signal when the consumer is brushing too hard, when to move to the next quadrant of the mouth, when the consumer has brushed for the recommended two minutes, and when it is time to replace the brushhead. It's available for US$149.99.
