Indesit Co. may form an alliance with BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeraete GmbH or Turkey’s Arcelik AS, according to a Bloomberg report.
A merger between Indesit and BSH would give the group about 30% of the European home-appliance market and may be blocked by regulators, according to the report. Arcelik, which is controlled by Turkey’s biggest industrial group, Koc Holding AS, may be a more likely partner for Indesit, the report said.
