Motorola, Inc. has completed the acquisition of privately-held Leapstone Systems, Inc., a communications software developer that provides a unified platform for rapidly creating, managing, and delivering converged video, voice, and data service bundles across multiple networks and devices.
As of today, Leapstone becomes a part of Motorola's Home & Network Mobility business.
The two companies announced a definitive merger agreement on July 10, 2007.
