Master-Bilt, a maker of commercial refrigeration equipment, announced the passing of retired company president Elmer William Saul, Jr. on Aug. 21, 2006. For nearly 20 years, Saul served as president of the company, as well as the head of Standex Foodservice Group, until his retirement in 1991.
