BSH Announces Incorporation of Canadian Subsidiary Nov 7, 2006

BSH Home Appliances Corporation announced the incorporation of BSH Home Appliances Ltd. (a.k.a. Électroménagers BSH Ltée) (“BSH-Canada”), a wholly-owned subsidiary headquartered in Toronto, Canada. BSH-Canada will begin offering direct service to customers in Eastern Canada as of Jan. 1, 2007.

Franz Bosshard, president and CEO of BSH-USA, and Chairman of the Board for BSH-Canada, states that, “We are extremely excited to have launched a subsidiary in Canada, and to be offering direct service as of the New Year in Eastern Canada. We look forward to continued growth for BSH, and to providing premier service and support to our customers.” Western Canada will continue to be served by Echelon Home Products (BSH’s distributor for that territory).
