Arçelik Aims To Expand Presence in U.S. Dishwasher Market Aug 7, 2007

Turkish appliance company Arçelik said it aims to gain market share in the U.S. dishwasher market with its tall tub dishwashers.

The company's dishwasher plant in Ankara, Turkey, began producing tall tub dishwashers last year for the U.S. Arçelik said that its new tall tub dishwasher has the energy, washing and drying performances for the U.S. market and is appropriate for U.S. kitchen cabinet sizes. 

Arçelik General Manager Aka Gündüz Özdemir said, "I believe that this product will bring in a serious acceleration to the successful performance of Arçelik company in this market."
