Best Buy Co., Inc. announced the promotion of Bill Thompson from territory customer experience director to vice president and territory general manager. In his new role, Thompson will oversee more than 100 U.S. Best Buy retail locations across the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. He is filling the position vacated by Neil McPhail, who was recently promoted to senior vice president of growth operations.
