The board of directors for The Manitowoc Company, Inc., a manufacturer of ice-cube machines, ice/beverage dispensers, and commercial refrigeration equipment, has elected Glen E. Tellock as president and CEO. Tellock succeeds Terry D. Growcock, who will remain chairman of the board of directors through 2008. Tellock was also appointed to serve on the board for a term that expires in 2008.
