Dispensing equipment supplier Asymtek, a Nordson company, made several executive management changes. Robert L. Ciardella is transitioning from presidential duties at the company and will act as an advisor to the company. John Byers was promoted to president, succeeding Ciardella, and will report to Andy Dunn, vice president of the company’s Advanced Technology Business segment. Alec Babiarz was promoted to president, business development. Martin Stone will continue to serve as vice president of operations for the company and lead the Technical Support, Engineering Services groups and manufacturing fabrication operations. Greg Hartmeier was promoted to vice president, business units. Greg Wood was promoted to vice president, sales. Sherry DeLoach was promoted to vice president, finance and will continue to lead the company’s finance, customer service and information systems groups. Tom Ratledge was promoted to vice president, new product development.
