Gaggenau launched a new built-in oven design at the K/BIS 2007. The unit takes a sleek, minimalist approach by integrating the clear text, backlit LCD control panel directly into an all-glass door. The series includes a Combination Steam and Convection Oven with Water Tank. This configuration does away with the plumbing constraints of other steam ovens, and is configured to fit into American kitchen's standard 30-inch oven space. Back
