Dr. Axel Steiger-Bagel has been appointed chief administration officer of polymer manufacturer Bayer Material Science AG. Steiger-Bagel will be a member of the group’s management board and executive committee. Steiger-Bagel succeeds Prof. Dr. Gottfried Plumpe, who is leaving the company by mutual consent.
