Dr. Michael J. Morecroft, current president and CEO of electric housewares maker Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex will lead Hamilton Beach, Inc. as president and CEO following the company’s merger with Applica. Alfred M. Rankin, Jr., chairman, president and CEO of Nacco Industries, Inc., will become the non-executive chairman of Hamilton Beach, Inc.’s board of directors.
