NEC Electronics Corp.announced the establishment of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, NEC
Electronics Korea Ltd., to provide enhanced sales and technical support to customers in Korea. The new company, headquartered in Seoul, will begin operations on Nov. 1, 2006 with approximately 40 employees.
