Arçelik, Beko and Philips Tops In Satisfying Turkish Consumers Apr 11, 2007

Turkish Quality Association KalDer named white goods appliance brands Arçelik and Beko and consumer electronics OEM Philips among the top ranking brands in terms of customer satisfaction in Turkey, according to a report in news outlet Today's Zaman.

KalDer's general consumer satisfaction index, TMME, showed consumer satisfaction in Turkey rose to 74.5 points for the fourth quarter of 2006, compared to 72.5 in the fourth quarter of 2005.
