Alfa Laval, a provider of products and engineering solutions based on heat transfer, separation and fluid handling, has signed an agreement to acquire Helpman BV, a maker of air heat exchangers used in the logistical chain for food in the European market.
The company says that the acquisition is in line with its strategy to strengthen its position in the European air heat exchangers market.
