Two leading foodservice associations have accepted proposals by Enodis to organize “Go Green” education content at their upcoming major events.
The Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) will each feature sessions organized by Enodis on “Going Green” in foodservice. Both conferences are scheduled for October 2007, in Atlanta, GA.
The “Going Green” sessions will feature panel discussions including leading representatives in foodservice design consulting, foodservice technology, foodservice operators, and ENERGY STAR. The sessions will be moderated by Doug Fryett, a well-known foodservice management consultant and frequent speaker at industry events. Dean Landeche, vice president of marketing for Enodis USA, will represent food equipment manufacturers on both panels.
Enodis has recently completed two industry workshops on energy saving technology at its Enodis Education and Technology Center in Florida. The sessions were attended by foodservice design consultants from throughout North America representing international firms with active projects around the globe. FCSI members attending the recent workshops received CEU credits from that organization as a result of their participation.
