Indesit Appoints Kobakhidze To Manage International Business Feb 27, 2007

Kakhaber Kobakhidze was named to be Indesit Company’s new International Area Director. Kobakhidze will develop Indesit's business in the CIS, Turkey, South and Central America, Oceania, Australia, Africa, China, and India.

The appointment is the latest move by the company as it seeks to increase its global business.

“Developing Indesit Company’s values in various countries means helping the company in its shift towards an increasingly cross-cultural dimension, which is the real challenge for global enterprises," Kobakhidze said.

Kobakhidze has a degree in physics engineering and joined Indesit Company in 1993 as a sales manager. He served as country manager - CIS starting in 2000 and area director - CIS in 2002.
