Fisher & Paykel reorganized its global management

New Zealand-based appliance maker Fisher & Paykel reorganized its global management simultaneous to the opening of its manufacturing facility in Clyde, Ohio, U.S. The corporate functions now reporting to managing director and CEO John Bongard are: Paul Brockett, vice president of Product Planning/Logistics/Investor Relations; Brett Butterworth, vice president of Corporate Planning/Customer Services/Production Machinery; Roger Cooper, vice president of Operations; Craig Douglas, vice president of Sales and Marketing; Christian Gianni, vice president of Engineering; Rebecca Holbrook, general counsel; Mark Richardson, chief financial officer; and John Wardrop, vice president of Human Resources/Cost Management. Positions managing the geographic regions and reporting to Bongard are: Michael Church, chief operating officer, Australia; Michael Goadby, president, North America and Malcolm Harris, chief operating officer, New Zealand. In addition, Andrew Cooke, vice president, Information Technology, will report to Richardson and remain part of the senior executive group; Matt McConnell, vice president, Procurement, will report to Wardrop and remain part of the senior executive group; Craig Douglas will manage marketing services for all areas in addition to managing the sales and marketing activity outside Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.; and Christian Gianni will apply product design resources to all geographic regions.
