NACCO Industries, Inc. (Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.) today upped its offer for shares of Applica Incorporated from U.S. $7.90 per share to $8.05 per share. It is the latest of several increases in offers per share for Applica. Applica has several times delayed a shareholder vote on competing offers from NACCO and Harbinger Capital Partners. The vote is note scheduled for Tuesday, January 17.
