Enodis plc, a global food and beverage equipment manufacturer, announced today a further milestone in its Asian expansion with the acquisition of Fabristeel.

Headquartered in Singapore, Fabristeel manufactures hot and cold foodservice equipment, including customised solutions, for the hotel, quick service and institutional markets at ISO 9001-certified plants in Singapore and China (Guangzhou).  With an extensive service and distribution network in more than 10 countries, and sales offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Malaysia, Enodis says it is well-placed to win new business and to support major key accounts. Fabristeel's customers throughout China and Asia Pacific include the fastest growing U.S. based QSR chains, Singapore Airlines In-flight Catering Centres, the Raffles City Hotel Singapore, and the Marriott Hotel in Hyderabad India.
