Home Depot Inc. will possibly be increasing the floor space dedicated to washers and refrigerators in it stores, an executive told Reuters.
Tom Taylor, the merchandising and marketing chief, told Reuters that Home Depot is also looking into carrying more appliance brands in the future. Last year, the retailer introduced LG Electronics appliances and it sells General Electric Co. and Maytag Corp. washers and refrigerators.
