A firm has expanded its PCB mount, Z-drive servo family to include the AZ series, which boasts higher power, greater thermal efficiency, and lower operating voltages. Its functionalities include torque and velocity modes with multiple command and feedback options. Smaller than a business card and weighing only 100 g or less, the AZ drives can take inputs of either ±10 V analog or PWM and direction with velocity feedback being encoder, Hall effects only, or tachometer.
