PEM® Keyhole® self-clinching stainless standoff fasteners allow users to slip printed circuit boards or panels quickly into place in an assembly. The boards can be removed when needed by sliding the board sideways and lifting it off. No tools are required for the on/off operations. Installed permanently in aluminum or steel sheets as thin as 0.040 inch/1 mm, the standoffs can provide secure and reliable attachment, promote quicker assembly and disassembly, and reduce both the amount and types of loose hardware required for an application. The fasteners can also be used to space or hang replaceable components. The fasteners are made from 300 Series stainless steel and are RoHS compliant. PennEngineering
