The 316 stainless steel TRA®20 circumferential piston pump series is designed to handle paints and coatings throughout the painting process, including raw material storage, mixing, thinning, straining, and packaging. The pump’s twin blade Wright 808 non-galling alloy motors on a one-piece, solid stainless steel shaft are said to extend life and provide superior efficiency with low shear for more cost-effective operation. The series’ powder-coated iron gear case houses a more efficient helical gear design that provides quieter operation. The pump series’ is designed to reduce downtime for cleaning between batches, increasing the throughput for high-capacity requirements for a better bottom line. This series’ fully swept pumping chamber is said to afford Clean-In-Place (CIP) characteristics, and the clearances allow steam cleaning. Wright Pump
