The company added three shades to its Glasurit® Fantasy Colors. The new subdued colors—Sunlight, Asteroid and Nightlife—are said to consist of an elaborate combination of popular subdued colors such as silver or black and the entire color spectrum. The company says the colors are part of the understatement trend with unobtrusive yet exciting color effects. The new color tones are available in both Glasurit® solvent-borne 55 Line and as water-based 90 Line products. These iridescent colors are supplied as factory-packed colors and applied in combination with a clear base, and the mixing ratio is 1:1 for 55 Line and 2:1 for 90 Line. The basecoats are said to be easy to apply and extremely uncomplicated. BASF Corporation
