The company’s custom electrical switches and terminals for medical devices are designed to integrate with discrete component over-molding to offer better strain and flex relief, assembly efficiency and reduced costs. Manufactured from various alloys, including medical grade titanium, platinum, stainless, and copper alloys, the terminals can be supplied reel-to-reel or loose piece for integration into a wide range of automation systems. Produced in sizes from 0.008-inch to 0.090-inch thick with +/-0.002 inch tolerances, depending upon materials and design requirements, the terminals are developed using rapid prototyping with 3-D solid modeling analysis.
