Husqvarna’s W 53CSB collector mower is part of its W 53 series for the European commercial market. The unit is said to be a genuinely robust but easy-to-use collector mower that produces excellent results, able to take the strain of frequent loading and unloading. Designed for optimal collection, with a cutting width of 53 centimeters, the mower is self-propelled with three speeds and Blade Break Clutch (BBC), which allows the user to stop the blade while the engine is running.
The 6.0 hp OHV engine comes from Kawasaki’s high-spec FJ series for the commercial market. The cutting deck is made of die-cast aluminum. Its 9-inch wheels are made of cast aluminum and have double ball bearings and self-cleaning rubber tires. The company says the collector, with a capacity of 70 liters, is easy to clean. The handlebar, made of 1-inch steel tubing, is designed to be free of connections and fasteners that might vibrate loose. www.husqvarna.com
