Napoleon Fireplaces has introduced a Waterfall collection, which the company reports to be a hit among builders and interior designers. While the waterfall feature is intended for aesthetic effect, the company says that it serves another valuable purpose—creating a cleaner, humidified environment. The waterfall naturally attracts airborne particles; a standard purifier filter cleans any particles that enter the water from the air and also reduces calcium, magnesium and lime scale buildup. An optional UV light sterilizer can be installed to provide extra protection against bacteria and algae growth.
