Custom electrical terminals from the company can be manufactured from virtually all alloys, including medical-grade alloys, titanium, platinum, stainless, and copper alloys in a wide range of configurations. Featuring inlaid brazing compounds to facilitate wire attachment in automated processes, the terminals eliminate the labor costs associated with pre- and post-specialized plating. Supplied loose piece or reel-to-reel, the terminals can be produced in sizes from 0.008- to 0.900-inch thick, with ±0.002 inch tolerances, depending upon materials and design requirements. Developed using rapid prototyping with 3D solid modeling analysis, the terminals can also be inlaid or edgelaid with precious metals for increased wear properties. ETCO Incorporated
