The IR608 non-contact IR thermometer features a compact pistol-grip design for ease of use and accurate aim. The snub-nosed device is small enough to fit in a pocket. The thermometer instantly shows the surface temperature on the large, digital display from 0 degrees fahrenheit
to 750 degrees fahrenheit (-18 degrees celcius to 399 degrees celcius) and is intended for variable distance temperature testing. The device measures a minimum 8:1 target area of 1 inch in diameter to a distance of approximately 8 inches with accuracy of 2 percent. An automatic backlight allows easy viewing of the digital display in dim light. Meterman Test Tools
