Underground Circuit Cable

The company’s underground low-energy circuit cables are intended for direct burial and are constructed for thermoplastic-insulated Underground Feeder and Branch-Circuit Cable (UL 493). The cables can tolerate UV and outdoor temperature changes and are designed for use in outdoor appliance applications such as security and landscape lighting and golf course sprinkler systems. Constructed from single, two, or three insulated conductors laid parallel, the cables are available in 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, or 18 AWG in solid, stranded, or bare cooper. Features include sunlight- and water-resistance, low temperature classification (-40ºC), and direct burial. The cables, which are UL listed (File No. E253413) and CSA certified (No. LL85350), are also lead-free, meeting the requirements of the European Union’s RoHS Directive. Chau’s Electrical Co., Ltd.
