Elcotronic Srl is exhibiting three products at the Intel 2005 trade fair. The Three-Phase Kwh Energy 3 is a new instrument that is said to stand out among the current market-available metering systems that monitor electric consumptions. Models come in 5, 36, 72, 140, and 240 A and are available with networks for unbalanced loads. The company’s Energy 1 Vis is a DIN-rail, four-module, single-phase system that can be mounted on boards (6 KW). The instrument meters Volts/Amps/Watt/kWh and displays the cost in Euros of the electric energy consumed in a given moment and over time. It also offers the possibility of disconnecting one or two loads in order to avoid any overload release. Used in the home, it shows the cost of a complete washing machine cycle or of any other household appliance. The Palm T1 is a single-phase hand-held instrument that comes complete with a 3 KW socket and plug. The device can measure Volt/Amp/Cosf/Watt/kWh and also displays the cost in Euros of the electric energy consumed in a given moment and over time.
