The HeatManager 2.5™ is a microprocessor-controlled fuel economizer for light commercial boiler heating systems, which automatically adjusts boiler water temperature or steam pressure to match system heat load. The unit is said to reduce heating fuel consumption by 10 to 20 percent and improve overall heating system efficiency. Additionally, the unit is said to reduce boiler on/off cycles by up to 30 percent and reduce wear and tear on boilers and components. The company says the unit requires a 15- to 45-min installation, works with any fuel, and is compatible with U.S. hot water systems. The heat manager is available in three models for boilers between 300,000 and 2.5 million BTUs. R.W. Beckett Corporation
