According to the company, the extruded HTTT High Heat Transfer Tubing is manufactured using a materials enhancement process by which fluoropolymer resin is blended with inert inorganic filler. The process is said to enhance the ability of the natural resin to transfer heat between two liquids. The tubing is said to offer up to three times the thermal conductivity of the natural resin. With the inertness of the filler and dispersion of the fluoropolymer matrix, the tubing reportedly offers enhanced performance to engineers of heat exchanger systems.
