The company’s E-Series MICROTEMP® thermal cutoff (TCO) is said to comply with the European Union’s Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. The directive mandates that new electrical equipment introduced to the European market after June 30, 2006 may not contain certain elements, including cadmium, lead, mercury, and hexavalent chromium. The company says its E-Series TCO maintains the one-shot operation, low resistance, and compact size of its popular G-Series. The new series is available in various sizes and configurations and is said to offer exclusive current capacity up to 25 A at 250 V a.c.
