The Stealth is a high-volume glasswasher from Montreal, Canada-based Jet Tech®. The 5-ft, conveyor-style, pass-through washer has the capacity to wash 2,000 glasses per hour.

The unit offers fully automatic wash and rinse cycles. The 680-sq-in conveyor belt moves at a rate of 18 in per min, and the unit consumes a maximum of 3/4 U.S. gals of water per min. It washes at 140°F (60°C) and rinses at 75°F (24°C).

The glasswasher's pass-through configuration is engineered with a patented stainless-steel walking beam, designed to lift and totally clean glasses. Washing and rinsing is performed using unique upper and lower stainless steel block assemblies designed for easy removal for maintenance.

The appliance has a completely welded frame of heavy-gauge steel, and has stainless steel wash and rinse chambers. It is equipped with three built-in variable-speed dispensing pumps for the detergent, sanitizer, and rinse-additive, and the dispensers are designed to be easily accessible on slide-out drawers. A sensor probe is built into the unit to ensure correct detergent levels. www.jet-tech.com
