According to the company, its NC Series Gap Frame presses offer a cost effective and flexible transfer line solution when combined with its automation options. It is said that the presses are especially suited to customers that have large volume part orders, but not large enough for a dedicated transfer press. The company's integrated, turnkey gap transfer line can include the Linepacer, Multipacer NCAH-III, or A-8 Inter-Press Transfer Robot for a variety of job requirements. According to the company, the presses have the ability to perform precision transfer work because they are built with extremely rigid frames that limit angular deflection under load to one half or less the deflection of other gap presses. The system is said to be very flexible, allowing customers to use the gap machines as independent manual presses when the job requires it.
