The company's Z5 steam-sensing control is manufactured in materials especially chosen for their high-tracking index and also incorporates a patented, double-contact system, according to the company. The control is said to be suitable for all kettle and jug application positions such as top and bottom mounting and underfloor. Features of the Z5 include small size, a remote or "plug-in" 3 kW capability, 3-mm contact gap, flame-retardant materials, high-tracking index, and actuator fixing options. It is designed for vertical, horizontal, inclined, and underfloor installation applications.
