Fenwal has introduced a new series of fully integrated gas ignition controls for HVAC applications, featuring an industry-standard platform and a wide variety of connection options.

The 35-80 Series Gas Ignition Controls for HVAC applications can be configured to integrate several discrete functions such as combustion fans, indoor blower motors, and humidifiers. Featuring standard thermostat connections, the 35-80 serves as a central wiring point and provides thermal limit, flame rollout, and combustion airflow monitoring. Available in direct-spark heat/cool and heat-only versions, options include LED diagnostics, field-selectable fan timings, and custom algorithms.

Hardware and software configurable, Fenwal gas ignition controls for HVAC applications were developed to reduce OEM manufacturing and field-service costs by integrating multiple functions onto a single compact PC board. Available for residential and commercial equipment, the gas ignition controls are CSA approved.
